Any one wonder what she was going to do in the end?
Was she going to leave him as bait for the wolfs while she fled, or where she going to die there with him?
sharePerhaps she would of found a way out. He was injured and holding her back.

She choked him to make an end to his suffering due to high probability of wolf attack.
shareShe was smothering him because she came to the sad fact that there was no way she could get him out and she couldn't have him being torn to shred alive by the wolves. When she went to change the dressing on his wound you could tell by the look on her face the smell of infection was overwhelming, he was turning pale also, it was coming down to what would take him first until she was finally surrounded by the wolves.
Question is, when the rescue copter came in, had she succeeded?
Wasn't me
I thought she snuffed him so the wolves would eat him and she could run. But she was lost so I'm not sure how she would have "escaped" anyway...
