Simon and his investigation board scene

I was watching the Dirty Sexy Money promo music video with Lady Gaga and noticed a scene I don't remember even seeing in the show.

Around 1:07 is a scene with Simon looking at an investigation board with all the Darling family members on it. I was wondering if this was in any of the episodes and which one? I'm trying to read with the board says but can't find a HQ video so I'd like to find it on the DVDs. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
