RIP Jill. I loved her character in DSM. I wonder what they would've done now if the show was still running? Jill's character was vital to the show, I dont think they could do without "Tish".

It is not a spoiler. They are talking about the actress (Jill Clayburgh) who played the character (Letitia Darling) on the show. The death of her in real life had nothing to do with the plot of the show.
