LWD on National Geographic with two and half hours extra footage!

According to Charley LWD will be repeated on National Geographic with two and a half hours of extra footage starting on 1st June. I can't wait for this. Personally I always felt that the BBC had tried to cram too much in to 6 episodes and I was a bit disappointed that there wasn't more material on the DVD release. Maybe we'll get a special edition in the future like they did with LWR.

anyway here is the link with a nice video of Charley:

Yep, National Geographic UK are showing the LWD with over two hours of extra footage.

Begins this Tuesday 1 July at 9pm. A microsite has also been set up for images and clips, http://natgeochannel.co.uk/longwaydown

There will also be a LWD marathon on Saturday 30th August with all 10 episodes being shown back to back.

Watching it all again. Awesome stuff with the extra footage.

It was so weird them going all that way and coming to my home county of Northamptonshire on the way, to camp at Silverstone! LOL! :)
