Terri and the Oracle

There was a budding romance here that sort of got laid by the wayside.
Or so I thought.
Did anyone else notice that?
I thought there was good chemistry between Terri (Charlotte Eaton) and Geoff (The Oracle) (Johnny Vegas) after Terri tired of pursuing Mateo (Jake Caruso).
I was surprised when it seemed that this didn't get much follow-up during the rest of Season 7.
It would be nice to see The Oracle have a love interest.
Anyone else wanting to see more of that romance, in Season 8 perhaps?
