what exactly do you think he experienced? i couldn't imagine ever experiencing something like he did.

Yeah. We spend so much time in our limited little worlds that we lose touch with the fact that there are transcendent experiences out there for the brave and open-minded few.

Maybe there are "transcendent experiences out there," but it just shows how CLOSE-minded you are when you call the human (terrestrial) experience "limited".
