Hi can someone tell me if there is a lot of spanish in this film as Imdb says that the language is spanish/english. Thank you

I just watched it today and it was in English. Richard Gere's character is learning medical Spanish, but there's not even a lot of that. He just practices a couple lines when he's reading the book one night.
