Ugh...I hate Wade!! *spoilers*

I just finished watching this on Netflix (actually, I refused to watch the last 20 minutes because it was just too awful) All throughout the series, I've hated the Wade character. I don't know if it's just because Jensen Atwood is a horrible actor, but I don't believe anything he says when he's on the screen. Wade has a horrible temper, he can't accept his sexuality, and Noah is so stupid and whipped that he just forgets about all of Wade's flaws the moment he does something 'nice' for him. So I absolutely hated the idea that they ended up getting married since I never bought their whole forced, cheesy love story to begin with.

I also HATED that they chose to make Ricky realize that he's in loooove with Noah. Noah is an annoying character and isn't all that goodlooking, so I don't understand why he's supposedly so irresistible to so many guys. Especially Ricky (who's ridiculously hot, in my opinion). I understand that he loves Noah as a friend, but I don't buy for a second that Noah is his one true love. Puhleeze!!! I would've much rather the movie had been about Ricky marrying Wilson Cruz's character instead of this stupid Wade/Noah fiasco.

Didn't really care what was going on with Chance and Eddie except that Brandon looked way too young to be involved with any of the other guys. It was kind of disturbing.

I think Alex is hilarious so a lot of his lines had me cracking up, but I'm tired of his issues with Trey too.

In conclusion, I didn't like this movie or the series in general. The first season was the best (despite my hatred for Wade), but then it all kind of fell apart. The writing was never great and there's too much focus on Noah and he's just not that interesting of a character. Christian Vincent is hot though and I had fun looking at him, so I guess it wasn't a total waste of my time.

But wasn't that obvious from the series? Remember the episode where Noah was attacked. Don't you remember the fuss that Ricky made over Noah? They were back at his apartment together and Ricky said something like, "....Noah, if anything ever happned to you, I don't know what I'd do...." That told me then and there that he had feelings for Noah that went beyond friendship. And I can't be sure, but I think that Mr. Polk intended to follow that thread through the third season, but that didn't happen. So, when I first saw the movie, and Brandon said, "I've figured it out...," I knew exactly what he was talking about before he said, "...you're in love with Noah." Duh! It's been so obvious.

Okay, clearly you don't care for show or its characters, except for one, but I have to remind you that the show is called, Noah's Arc. So, naturally, Noah gets the most screentime.

I just saw it as Ricky being a concerned friend when Noah was bashed. I didn't assume that he was secretly in love with him just because he got all emotional about it.

Also, I realize that the show is called Noah's Arc, but if they were going to put most of the focus on him, they should've made him more interesting. Also, the title doesn't mean all that much anyway- take Dawson's Creek, for example. Joey was the star of that show, not Dawson. Heck, even Pacey probably came off more likable than Dawson, but I digress...

Oh, and I still hate Wade!

Not to nitpick, but the first name in the opening credits of Dawson's Creek, which I was a big fan of, was James Van Der Beek, not Katie Holmes. She was second-billed. He was the star of the show--highest paid--number one on the call sheet. Or else, it would've been called Joey's Creek. Darryl Stephens is the star of this show. Like him or not, it's going to revolve around his character. All roads led back to Noah.

BTW, I have always been on Team Dawson. Pacey was a little bitch.
