I've seen Cass and Rise of The Footsoldier and wondered about the 2 stories.

Did Cass' and Carlton's lives ever overlap, I know they were both involved with the ICF at some point in their lives

Are Cass and Carlton friends on a personal level?

when one interviews the other on their site.they don't come across as being cool with each other.
