In reality the ICF was a loose conglomerate of many mini gangs. Leach was an Essex , rather than East End, boy.This book is based on Cass's biography and has nothing to do with Leach. Leach did not mob up with Gardener or Cass who were Mile End boys.

Cass Pennant wasn't in the Mile End Mob.

He grew up in Kent.
