I haven't seen it (don't think I want to either from the things I've heard) so my only guess is she doesn't want to do nudity where she's being portrayed as the pin-up, sex symbol of the movie i.e Sin City.
Nudity in a movie where you're being violently beat up isn't exactly sexy. At least I don't think it is....
The script for "Sin City" called for her to do at least one partial nude scene and she refused. The director let her off the hook. Look at the outfit she wears as she dances. She would never be accused of being an exotic dancer. This viewer enjoyed "SC" but Jessica should not be such a prude. Hasn't she ever heard the old axiom "if you've got it, flaunt it"?
