This movie was only released theatrically in New Zealand back in November of 2009 (to rather tepid reviews and lackluster box office) and has yet to receive any form of distribution outside of that. No word on when the film will be made available anywhere else yet, but once any info is available someone will inevitably post it here if it is not found on the film's website. I am hopeful that the film will get some kind of DVD release in at least New Zealand but no word on that yet either. Obviously if it leaks online through a torrent or some streaming movie site, then that will probably be announced on here as well (at least before some moderator deletes the message.)
So basically to answer your simple question briefly: the movie is not yet available anywhere but check back periodically and once it is available someone will announce it (hopefully soon!)
it's "out" online right now in HD and standard def.
but anyways i give it between a 6-7/10. i feel a 6.5/10 is about right for it.

I found the film through a New Zealand dvd online store...its not US region of course, but if you have a multiregion player, it should work for you.
