IMDB only lists 2 of the caddys. Paula Labaredas and Claudia Costa. Does anyone know who the other caddys are? And which is which?

i just saw the movie and only 3 of them are listed in the ending credits. the first two are the ones you mentioned, the 3rd is Kendra Lee Hansard (Derek's caddy, the chubby one).
