Yeah, it wasn't an accident for me. But, it is on Netflix's "View Instantly" feature. I never watched an anime series b4, but it had some good reviews so i checked it out. I'ts a lot of fun.
If you can stomach endless awful metaphors and such involving wings, flying, and the sky, it is highly entertaining.
It seems silly, a whole powerful culture all involving inline skates with computerized motors in them. But, the action is cool, the characters are fun, and the plots are usually interesting.
So yeah, thought their would be more fan base too.
I call it an accident cause I was just bored and in the mood for something to pass time with, so I went on netflix on the browse instant, I clicked on this, and within 5 minutes I was hooked, and I am not an anime type guy,this actually was the first anime I got into.

haha, yeah that's exactly what i did too.
It's a shame that is the end of it, i think it is. Some of the over-arching plots where never gotten to. They had lots of story left on the Sisters' clan. Can't think of their name now. Deep forest, dark forest, whatever.
It's a manga in Japan and is still going on. I think theyre about halfway through what would equate to a second season on dvd here in the states. only time will tell if we see another season or not.
shareEverything Manga we dont get here in the states are usually still on in Japan. Japans biggest downfall to begin with. Most avid anime watchers here in America prefer something with substance and dont just eat up everything we see. Japan tends to keep up all the dying genres in america up, for exmaple the Dreamcast is still popular there.

I've got to admit this is the first anime I started to get into as well. *crossed fingers* Usually if I like something it's teh kiss-of-death. Hopefully that won't be the case this time.
One of the things I liked is the references to there being more...far more to AT's then the fighting aspect. Sounds very Zen there, doesn't it? The way of the AT *grn*?
