Does anyone here know if there'll be a downloadable demo in like playstation store anytime soon?

it'll be on both the Playstation Store and the Xbox Live marketplace

febuary 4th is when its released, see when they said early january i figured they ment around jan 2-10 but not the 31st.

Yes it will.
