unable to locate DVD in Australia

I wanted to use this DVD to teach a unit on documentary to an english class and am unable to source one at ANY dvd stores. one lady said they withdrawn from public sale becuase they were "illegal"?? any idea why that is so, or where i can locate one. have tried all major stores
