I'm pretty sure she didn't. Junior, the bartender/bar owner, was in on it. Remember how he gave them drinks on the house? And when Nina came in after an 8 month absence and said the place looked really good? Remember, Bridget (Keaton's character) was a "college educated woman", not to mention the greediest of them all. She had to hide some of the money or they would have all backed out on her. I think that perhaps because you didn't like the movie you may have missed some of the subtle things that would have given you a clue.
