Like the title says. Her acting is so over the top these days its embarrasing. Not just in this movie but in a lot of her movies since the mid 90's. A prime example is "Something's Gotta Give" especially where she sees Jack Nicholson naked but there are moments in this as well where shs'e throwing her arms up and just being so over the top. Crap actress and yet I thought she was great in Annie Hall.

I actually thought her acting in 'Something's Gotta Give' was brilliant. You need to think along the lines of someone in her age group for that movie and then maybe you'd understand.
I agree. She just doesn't seem to have any subtlety to her performances anymore, like she's hamming it up for the camera.

I agree that she is often horrible, and I won't willingly go see anything she is in. What little talent she had seems to have evaporated. She was abysmal in this movie. Queen Latifah elevated this dumb waste of time, and even Katie Holmes was a spot of brightness in what was a poorly written story based on something just plain wrong: stealing.

I actually liked her in this as she was very funny and over the top which is what I loved. In her Something movie, I thought she held back a bit, but I do agree that she isn't a great actress, and in life is a bit weird, but that's another topic.
I loved this movie very much.
