Bootleg success!

I just bought a bootleg dvd copy of this movie in Vietnam for 30,000 dong which is just under 2 bucks. Before the producers run to call in the copyright cops I may as well tell you that copyright law as we in the west understand it simply does not exist here. It is literally impossible to buy a legal copy of a movie here. Anyway the point is when the vast majority of zero budget movies never even see the light of day if people care enough to steal your movie or log on to the net to just rip it or acknowledge its existence in any way then you can officially consider it a success. Well done. If this guy can do it then maybe the rest of us can too.

Hehehehe, you said 30,000 dong. :) I think the filmmakers of this steaming pile of yak crap will work for dong. In fact, I'm pretty sure of it.

And your definition of success is one guy buying a 2 dollar illegal street copy from a Hanoi tranny? Then this movie was a rousing barn-burner. You're as stupid as everyone involved in this clunker.

is it really a success if you bootleg a movie that blows ?

Is your movie really a success if, by your own admission as the director, it is only available in a foreign country that loves bukkake and doesn't readily understand the language that the film communicates in. Because any sane person with Western critical reasoning skills, a modicum of taste, and a third-grade comprehension level of English would immediately suss out what a putrid mound of buffalo sh!t this "success" is.
