Not exactly Shakespere is it?

"Precocious" (read "obnoxious") kid tries to make cantakerous elderly grandfather "hip". Mother doesnt approve. Christmas "comedy".

Who writes this crap? Its the same plot of about 1500 other movies.

Also stars an ancient Mona from Who's the Boss and Ernest Borgnine (who I thought died like 15 years ago).

I really cant imagine anyone under the age of 80 watching these awful films. And even with the over 80 crowd, I think only the senile would possibly endure this sap-filled crap.

Horribly annoying school Christmas musicals, "why dont you like Grandpa, Mommy", and my favorite -- when that dumb bitch buried the Grandfather's old sweater because she doesnt like it.

I can honestly say that I've never cared in the slightest what my grandparents chose to wore. And even if I wasnt fond of their fashion sense, I cant imagine being so outraged that I would want to destroy a sweater of theirs. Who cares? And yet, this plot point is used in all of these crappy z-grade made for tv "holiday" movies.

1/2 star out of 4 from me.
