Fox TV only issued a statement saying that such a criticism is unfair, because the character who said that Poles had been collaborating with Germans, was retard :) And as a retard he can't be taken seriously.
Frankly, it's a dumb-ass explanation, moreover in a really bad taste.

They repeated that episode tonight and they cut out the reference to Poles collaborating with Nazis. I didn't think the joke was that bad. Being a product of a Pole/German collaboration myself, I've learned not to let these jokes bother me. I'm actually peeved that Fox would resort to censorship just because some people are offended but are too lazy to change the channel.
