How many episodes before you got bored

I kinda thought this was mildly entertaining then they got rid of the weather girl, and changed the daughter not just changed her but made her a lot younger and it just didn't work that kid was a bit annoying. It seemed like they ran out of steam really early by episodes 9 I'd had enough shame as it had a lot of good actors in it.

The first few I didn't find too good until its cancellation. The ones with the new boss I didn't care for, and the episodes they didn't air were hilarious. When the show was still on I liked it, but when it went off the air I came to extremely like it.

I couldn't make it past the pilot. :S I was so repulsed by Josh Gad's character and that first fat man/sweat joke... that I immediately deleted it off my DVR, never to speak of it again.

One.

I was significantly disappointed during the pilot, with the hackneyed jokes, characters and storylines, not to mention the awful laugh track.

I paid a little attention for a couple shows, just because I liked Kelsey Grammer so much in Frasier, then I was done and never watched again.

YIKES---- so then you must have kicked in the TV or had a lot to say about the next show he did, "Hank" !!!!!

Lol lol lol.

Have fun with that!!

So: a realistic, down to earth show..which is completely off the wall swarming with magic robots?!

This thread is a ghost from the past 

Hmm. I don't recall too much about Hank. Apparently it didn't make much of an impression.

Too bad Grammer's career has been mostly in the toilet ever since.

Unless you count "Boss" , which was brilliant! If you really want to get the flavor of "Back to You" , watch the clip of the Ty Burrell character getting "tased" - it made the whole series worthwhile!

reply

I never got to see Boss, and hadn't thought about it. Maybe I'll dig it up somewhere and try to watch it.

I don't know if I ever saw the taze scene in Back to You, either. Doesn't ring a bell.
