nual said that she last saw her husband over a year ago, when she found out she was pregnant... is that some mistake in a plot, or it's a hint that she's a ghost?

I believe the Thai is เกือบปี which means almost a year. I'd go with it was a bit of foreshadowing.

...I think that's a typo in the subs (& not a "hint" as somebody suggested)
