Why wasnt bams uncle don vito in the series at all?
shareLast I heard it was because he got in trouble just after Viva La Bam ended. I heard or read somewhere that he wasn't allowed to appear on TV as 'Don Vito' for ten years or something like that. There was a radio bam episode where Bam went on a five minute rant about how ridiculous the whole thing was, that the woman wanted money and that Vito didn't have any. Bam left the studio after that and the channel had to play music for the rest of the time he was scheduled to be on air. He was at the wedding though, you could see him a few rows back from the front.

shareI don't think it was as serious as rape, everything I know was from pretty much ten years ago so not everything is completely accurate. From what I remember it was two teenage girls, I think he grabbed them in the wrong place and their mother really kicked off or something like that.
On the commentary, season four or five, I think. They were talking about how Vito would take picture with girls and have his arm hovering over the girl's breast and then end up touching them anyway and say his arm got tired because it was taking too long for the photo to be taken. I can only assume it was something along those lines because what exactly happened has never come out, or I've never found it at least.
