The message
It seems like the money was trying to deliver a message, but it failed horribly. If you are reading this before you watch the movie then watch something else. This movie is a waste of time.

In any case this movie is disappointing. The production company, Night Light Films, made another movie called the Fear Chamber that features the same basic premise:
1. Incompetent detectives.
2. Police officers with visions of the killers.
3. Hammy acting.
4. A serial killer who is killing people in the most gruesome manner.
5. Overworked detectives who are suffering from physical ailments.
6. Bad script.
7. A police office where only 2 or 3 police officers are employed.
I think this flick had potential. But the last have was melodramatic and dull. If the whole movie had focused on the serial killer and put more effort into looking like a real life police crime, then it might have at least falled into the "so bad it's entertaining category". It's okay to watch until the point when the young detective takes the older detectives daughter out on a date. Then it becomes a soap opera.
