Rickles Chinook Winds 2006

I was invited on stage by Mr. Rickles when he spotted me in the audience. I was there with a 60 year old man with Down Syndrome that I was taking care of. Mr. Rickles had many kind words to say about the fact that I was his Live-In Caregiver and also allowed one of my dreams to come true by being able to not only meet him, but also to appear on stage alongside him.
He is such a kind man and so damned funny. That night and the following day at the casion was a real treat, in that I was treated like a minor celebrity by people who had seen the show. This included admeration from the drummer who performed on stage with Mr. Rickles. I can't wait to see what the great John Landis brings us when he focuses on a subject as amazing as Don Rickles.
