OK..have finaly got a copy of this highly recomended movie....
have been hunting for ages, but unfortunatly it didnt come with any subtitles

The Canadian DVD, due for release on Tuesday May 12, has English subtitles. Image quality is not very good, though.
shareI took the french subs and ran them through Google translate. It was quite a brain exercise to get through the film like this but sure better than not watching it at all. The plot turned out to be rather light, but visually the film was just stunning.

I never though google translate was accurate enough to actually be able to watch an entire movie like that! Plus that must have taken a good long while to have done!
shareOften the translation reads like complete nonsense, but generally it's ok enough to follow, with some imagination.
And it isn't much work at all, just routine. Google has a character limit, i had to do the text in pieces, took me maybe about 10-15 minutes of copying and pasting.
