I'm speaking of both franchises.....this one and the one with Tobey Maguire. In both series the aunts will start talking to Peter, giving advise, giving coy looks when the topic of Spiderman comes up. It's as if they really know that Peter is Spidey but they play along with the "secret".
Do the aunts know he is Spiderman.....or at least suspect that he is?

I know what you mean; I think in both cases it's deliberately left vague.
I feel like she comes to the realization after Peter comes home at the end after defeating the Lizard, he's all bloody and cut up, before she would freak out when he came home like that but I think it finally clicked for her since she was watching the news, and she just embraced him.
