Which act did you like the best? (spoilers)

Overall enjoyed the series, although i definately had to suspend disbeleif quite a bit but which act did you like the best?

act 1) diggers working to overthrow lord genome
act 2) politicians working to stop the moon
act 3) lots of technobable and fighting the universe itself

I think the first act was the best, although i definately was still interested to keep watching. But i thought it was funny how fast they went from scavengers using stolen tech to technowizards teleporting through the dimensions and harnessing the power of galaxies to fight the universe.

the first and third act are equally as great imo but i'd have to pick the first act because of Kamina and Simon going from a scared child to a kamina like bad ass

I think like the first and 3rd act the best. 1st because it was very fun and 3rd because it was unbelievably EPIC!

I loved the last arc of the series the most, but the first portion is still really good. I just felt the series hit its stride when Kamina died and Simon finally began leading the charge.

The first act was the best because it was the most developed. The second act had potential as soon as it started, but instead of giving us that potential (possibly by having an invasion on earth? i dunno) it just had a bunch of people talking the whole time. Meh. The third act was definitely the coolest, but it didn't really have a lot of time to do things. I wish we got to see each gurren lagann form a bit longer before jumping to the next one.
