Captain of ship, not Bush who installed the "Mission Accomplished" sign

Saw somewhere on IMDB that people still presume it was Mr. Bush who installed the banner on the USS Abraham Lincoln which stated "Mission Accomplished". That was just some nonsense perpetrated by the Liberal Mainstream Media who continued to criticize Mr. Bush regardless of what actions he took on any subject. Anyhow it was the Captain of the Ship who installed the banner, it's HIS ship after all.

I don't want to get into a long discussion about how wrong we were to invade Iraq but how does the Captain of an aircraft carrier get a banner made at sea, since the aircraft carrier had been at sea for a year? Also, how is it that the President's speech even says that major combat actions in Iraq were successful? The speech alone, without the banner, showed they seriously miscalculated what was going to happen there. Bush knew exactly what his message was that day and he was wrong.
