I know it is common to package children's television in DVD combo's because its kids and WTF do they know, but this is a seriously well written show and I;m hoping they reach the critical mass to produce a seasonal offering. I've heard smatterings of a DVD combo with a whole bunch of other canuck animation offerings and a whole lota wishing but nothing solid as of yet. Guess we can just sit and wait.

Ruby Gloom Vol. 1 (containing four episodes) was released on March 5, but apparently you can only get it here: http://www.ezydvd.com.au/item.zml/797631. but why is it available in an australian shop, of all places? isn't it supposed to be out in canada and the us? if u do a search on amazon or ebay nothing turns up... The price is okay though and they accept PayPal, so I guess I'll just get the DVD from this site.

Back on the ABC channel 1 australia. On the DVD front 2 volumes have been released and episodes are out of order and some that should follow an episode on the first volume can be found on the second volume I guess it is a kids show and what would they know. Mind you the show has had a sensible review in the Sydney morning Herald.
