Did anyone else besides me find it to be the worst thing I've ever seen. The script was awful and the actress who played dream penny, had to have been the most monotone creature in exsistence. It started out good and then quickly when down hill. Was this someone's high school essay assignment?
shareIt wasn't the absolute worst TV movie I've ever seen but it was below a 5 out of 10. The costumes and special effects were OK but the energy sucked. They'd have a scene with a lot of action and noise then all that energy would be lost in 10 seconds with the soldier sitting around, chatting. It was like someone didn't know how to edit the pacing or something.

Nah, I have seen far far worse on Sci Fi on Sat night at 9pm. This was actually better then average by their standards. You want to see the worst? Look for Mansquito or SS Doomtrooper. Those had me laughing out loud. This is better then those.
shareI agree with zodden1970. I thought it was a freakin' awesome movie! If and when it comes to dvd, I'll definately buy it!
And, yes, I have seen much much MUCH worse from sci-fi-channel. This is the only sci-fi channel origional movie I've seen that WASN'T sh*t, to be honest, and I'm not saying that just because I'm a Vosloo fan. Seriously, it was cool!
If you want to see some bad ones, watch practically all the other sci-fi origionals they've made, like those two that guy named, or the one with the giant crocodile or the shark that could walk on land or those cannibal baboons or "Franken-Fish" and such.
Trust me, this thing was great, and if you still don't like it, you must admit it's still much better than usual for a sci-fi channel origional.
Hey! I LOVED Franken-fish. It was great in a B-movie way. Much better at what it was trying to do than this thing.

Fx decent, acting, script/dialogue, direction, editing, pacing terrible, soundtrack adequate, overal not the worst but it's in the top ten for the worst this year so far 2008 for sci-fi channel. Lucky me I had tivo'd it so I could fast forward and didnt' waste precious hours of my life on this drivel
