Better than the rat
Saw this together with Ratatouille and I laughed more in the 5 minutes of this short than the whole length of the main feature.

it's not just the fact that Lifted was amazingly funny but it's also the fact that the Ratatouille was amazingly disappointing.
I mentioned this in another thread, but I wish Pixar would stop trying to make Oscar worthy s*** like their last 3 borefests (Incredibles, Cars, Ratatoille) and make another comedy more like Monsters, Inc. & Lifted!
C'mon Pixar...find your sense of humor again!

shareI thoroughly enjoyed Lifted and Ratatouille, and included both on my top twenty films of 2007.
Lifted was funnier than Ratatouille, but then it was meant to be. Ratatouille was more of a comedy drama. But you needed a contrast with the short film and the main feature. (Likewise the high-tech Cars was preceded by the medieval One-Man Band.)
But you can't really compare a one-joke short film with a feature film with a multi-layered plot.
I think Lifted is better than Presto.
