Goodwin (SPOILERS)

Goodwin knew, at the end, what had happened, when she got the email. She recognized Derek Foster, who was the train killer, and saw that the Boss was trying to find a disaster to prove his point.

Did the boss set up the train disaster and kill all those people just to have a proven scientific breakthrough? I think so, and Goodwin was on to it.
