I wonder how people can claim she committed suicide. That blows my mind. Unfortunately I sought this video out and watched it--I'm not proud of it, but there's a sick curiosity in me and clearly I'm not the only one.

What's in the Coke box? My guess is weed or something. I used to keep my weed in boxes like that. Plus, she looks stoned. I've been stoned begin the wheel, blinking because my eyes are heavy. She seems like she's trying to concentrate. The sad truth is, if that's the case, it probably affected her reaction time.
Sad.
What I find intriguing is that Lopez thought there was a spirit after her. Can anybody comment on this? Where did this idea come from? Is it rooted in her religion? Her culture?
Very sad. I feel bad for her family and all the survivors, as well As the families of the other victims. I've read that some people say this looks like a completely preventable accident. I'm not sure I disagree or agree, frankly. The video clip I saw was on YouTube and it didn't show much.
She had cards in that Coke box, you can hear the girls in the back saying they want to see the cards when they take it.
I wonder about the spirit too...I wonder why she would think there was an evil spirit chasing her, and believe that it killed the little boy by mistake when it was trying to kill her, because they both have the same last name Lopes, and the little boy's shoes were her size. And if it was a spirit, and it does seem a little freaky to be coincidence that she had a feeling it was chasing her, trying to kill her, and she died shortly afterwards, if it was real, who could it have been and why would it want her dead?
You wnder why she thought a spirit was chasing her??? Umm did you watch the documentary???? Several different scenes depicted her explaining why she thought a spirit was chasing her. I'm not religious in any way, shape or form, but from what I saw in this documentary, I believe something was indeed after her and it caught her.
The dreams, the little boy, the feeling she had right before she died..hell even the fact that everyone else in the car walked away with monor scratches and she died!! She was definitely being hunted and we all watched it happen.
