If she was wearing her seatbelt, how did she get thrown through the windshield as Wikipedia says? Also, I read where someone said that fromthe footage, there wasn't any seat restraint visible in the last shot. I don't own the DVD, so I can't confirm or deny that claim.

They show the accident (clip from the "Last Days...." documentary). I, as well as others who have seen the documentary, disagree with the statement Lisa Lopes was wearing a seatbelt.
Yeah, this is something I noticed right away. In the doc it said she was wearing the seatbelt, but there was footage of the crash, and she definitely wasn't wearing a seatbelt.
