Yellow Tank Dress in Gina Episode

Does anyone know the name of the yellow tank dress (with hot pink undercoat) and who makes it? The dress was shown at the begining of the Gina police officer episode when Tim and Veronica were cleaning out Ginas closets. I LOVE this dress and want to buy it! Thanks!!!
