Lady Margaery

Was Lady Margaery a virgin prior to her wedding night with Tommen? Renly never touched her, and Joffrey never got the chance too. I remember a conversation with Sansa where Margaery explains how Tyrion's "experience" might make him a suitable husband. Sansa is little taken aback by Margaery's knowledge on the topic, and naively ask if Margaery's mother had taught her this. Margaery just smiles and says "Yes, sweet child, my mother."

The scene with Sansa you mention says (in my opinion) that she is NOT a virgin.
Moreover, at some point someone (I think it was Loras) mentions that Margaery is a virgin "officially" which implies that she’s not in reality.

I suppose there was a chance she was technically a virgin. I mean, in a world where there was no birth control and inconvenient pregnancies meant a woman's ruin... she wouldn't be one to do anything stupid. I also can't see her doing much on that front for fun or for love, she was completely focused on gaining power. I can't see her having sex unless she had something to gain by it, and in that world she could gain a lot more by keeping her maidenhead intact.

Still, if there were circumstances where she had something serious to gain, she'd do whatever she needed to do to get what she wanted.

In the book, there IS birth control, by drinling Moon Tea (see https://awoiaf.westeros.org/index.php/Moon_tea).

However, as far as I remember, it wasn’t mentioned in the show, so we have to discount it.
You might be right that she was technically a virgin, but since there are ways to have sex without losing virginity… I guess she wasn’t inexperienced.

We don't know how effective or dangerous drinking moon tea is, whether a gal could completely rely on the stuff.

But whatever the status of Margarey's lady parts when she married Tommen, I doubt that anyone could have taught her a damn thing about manipulating straight men.
