After she went all mad-queen, jon and the rest of the North is going to side against her and Greyworm. As all the ballistas were destroyed, the North doesn't have an answer for Drogon and should get annihilated, but there is going to be an answer. which will be either a) Bran being able to warg into Drogon and neutralizing him, b) more ballistas being put into service, c) some other previously undiscussed way to stop dragons.
Or maybe Dany kills everyone and the story ends with the Mad Queen sitting on the Iron Throne amongst smoke and ashes
