Euron in episode 5

His boat is destroyed by dragon fire. He swims all the way to shore. When he gets to shore he is not injured or tired at all and is immediately ready for a sword fight to the death with Jaime. He uses his dying breath to yell that he was the man to kill Jaime. Then Jaime continues to live.
This scene was totally pointless and stupid and added nothing to the story. He should have just died on the boat!

I agree. I really liked the actor playing Euron, but I don't think they (the writers) gave the character much depth. I thought that fight was stupid and the time would have been much better spent giving Cersei some scene-chewing.
