The stuff D&D cut from the books probably goes nowhere

It's a dark thing to consider, but at another board people were discussing that D&D had good instincts when it came to cutting somethings from the book. Likely all the shit that was cut is probably going nowhere. I mean it's going somewhere, but likely has no bearing on the main plot. That's probably an ominous sign for book readers.
