Do ceilings seem higher to dwarfs?

I was reading about this elaborate, fully furnished playhouse (there have been many of them in history) (like for the British Royals in the 1930's) , where everything was built on about a 6-year-old child's scale. And I thought, "Oh! A dwarf would love that...where everything was exactly their size!"

But then I thought, "No, they would just feel claustrophobic and cramped if a room were scaled down to their size, because the scale of the way things are in the standard, everyday world is just what they've been accustomed to their whole lives."

Or....would they like smaller rooms, furniture, etc?
