I dunno, I thought it was fake too, but then Tyrion seemed to notice right away that Cersei was pregnant, without her telling him. Either way, her baby is destined for the Night King's frozen spell.

Yeah she did. I don't see how she could truly be pregnant. The witch never forbode a fourth child when she told her fortune as a child.

If Cersei's baby outlives her, two things could happen:

Someone will put a pillow over its face, so that Danerys can be queen and the civil wars will stop, and little Tywin II won't try to start a new civil war when he's grown.

Or, little Tywin or Tywina could be named heir to the Baratheon Stormlands, and fostered by someone who can be trusted to raise it as a Targaryan loyalist. But since I think Gendry will end up as the Baratheon heir, legitimized by Danerys or Jon out of gratitude for something heroic, I think Cersei's baby is doomed.
