Both Gabste and my in-laws live on the coast.
and South Carolina isn't messing around - the entire coast is getting evacuated. So Gabby is probably tying the surfboard to the car as we speak.
But the big rush (and corresponding I-26 traffic jam) is going to be tomorrow and Thursday.
I'm sure gabste's smart enough to wait until Friday.
Hence... plenty of time to surf on Thursday.

Have they made any projections about the storm surge yet? I remember some shop owners down at The Market showing me the mark on their wall after Hugo. I can't remember how high it was... seems like it was 4-5 feet.
