??? i feel like my feet could use some relaxation i havent used epsom salt in a long time but i have soaked them in hot water sometimes... whats the best thing for them that wont cost a lot of money ? ( i aint affordin no massage right now mafaker jrocc out).

ya we got that over here, in any decent shopping malls there's one. i'll check that out, this cute girl who just gave me a haircut (and im totes asking out next week) told me to try this Crew brand peppermint cooling shampoo, and she used it on me it was awesome. so i like that cooling stuff.

Soak them and scrub with a pumice stone, then dry them and apply some rich lotion. Then lie down and elevate your feet on a few pillows. Seriously, elevating your feet is really good for you, even if you do nothing else.
Also...if you stand and rub your foot over a tennis ball or something similar you will get the same effect as with a massage. You can also just massage your own feet.
yeah im bored with doing that stuff, thats what i had been doing before. i am aiming to do somethin new and bizarre, but not super expensive.
also when i read or and just chilling sometimes ill lay down on my bed and put my legs up against the wall (liek ur sitting on the wall with ur back on the bed) for that elevation *beep*
nevre really did that tennis ball thing but i think theres some in the basement ill try that that sounds interesting.
