Could season 7 be better if Margaery was quern when Dany arrives?

I've seen some fan fiction that gors around this line: Let's say Cersei didn't blow up the sept, forced to the trial and executed (with the mountain put down somehow) and Margaery would've got to complete her plan against the High Sparrow, got rid of the faith and was the popular queen with huge army against Dany's invasion.

First of all the armies would be a bit more balanced, as Dany would not have the Reach, and likely not have Dorne.

And considering her personality Margaery would probably try a diplomatic approach, potentially giving better background for mad queen Dany, who could burn the Tyrells as her enemies (instead of the Stannis-like Dany we get from the leaks that burns people alive because... the plot requires evil Dany?)

Would you prefer that plotline?
