Did GoT refuse to cast any Mexicans in anticipation of Trump's victory?

Very prescient move.

But would the Latin American racial features fit in this universe? At least in Westeros? No offense to Latinos intended.

Dorne, hence the American of Chilean ancestry, Pedro Pascal, as Oberyn Martel.

Not really sure what "racial features" you're alluding to.

Had he been a little younger, I could easily see Oscar Isaac as Jon Snow. Rodrigo Santoro could easily play Bronn. Edgar Ramirez in just about any Thrones 30-45 male role.

As of today, I have read 19 pages of Game of Thrones

Didn't know he was from Chile. But he's still kind of European looking or almost. As do many Chileans. I meant Latinos with mixed European native or maybe pure native blood. They have the new world look.

Well they had Latin American actor Pedro Pascal play the Prince of Dorne with a Hispanic accent, so how would "Latin American racial features" not fit in the show?

"There are too many of them. Can't kill the world."
