What happens when you beat the game 3 times in the same file?

At the Game Select screen are 3 save files. To the far left of each file are 3 empty circles. When you beat the game once, one of those cirles fills up, and then if you beat it a second time on the same file (by rolling over your data from the previous round), the second circle fills up. I was just wondering if anyone has beaten the game 3 times in the same file (filling all three circles)? And what happens upon achieving this? Thanks!
