Why are Lee Williams and Richard Armitage both down to play Percy Courtney? Quite Bizarre! Both have been pictured in the press with Jessie Wallace one is rumoured and the other is attached. Maybe Lee Williams plays Marie Lloyd's second husband, anyone else hazard a guess??
They have it wrong. Richard is playing Percy. Lee is playing Marie's best friend Freddie

I'm surprised they cast two actors who look so similar to one another as far as features are concerned. There were times I had to look twice to make sure who was who on the screen.

Yep, they do look alike, and both look somewhat younger than Jessie W.
I had to look very closely, esp. in the beginning of the show, to make sure that i didn't mix them up:)
