Impressive animation for the budget...

but the story and plat is all over the place. what happens on screen goes from being almost too fast-paced to mind-numbingly slow and back again every few minutes. An okay movie, I wouldn't buy it or anything, but worth a watch. Still pretty awesome they did this animation for 11 million pounds, or about 17 million dollars.
